How do I change my phone ID and/or phone PIN?

Your phone ID number is assigned to you when you first registered and cannot be changed.  However, you phone PIN, although set for you originally, can be changed.  To change your PIN:

  1. Select the "My Profile" link under the "Settings" section of the main menu
  2. Click on "Personal Information"
  3. Scroll down to "Phone Access PIN" and edit the number to whatever 4 digit number you would like to use

How do I change my password?

You defined your password when you first setup your account.  If you want to change your password, login and:

  1. Select the "My Profile" link under the "Settings" section of the main menu
  2. Click on "Personal Information"
  3. Scroll down to "Password:" and enter in your new password
  4. Scroll down to "Confirm Password:" and repeat the password

If you do not remember your password, you can send email to board@flyingsignaleers.com so that a new password can be set for you.

Can I make a "standby" reservation for a plane?

Yes, if someone already has a plane reserved for a particular time, you can make a standby reservation in case they cancell their reservation.  A standby reservation can only be made from the web and you must be viewing the schedule with the "daily" view.

  1. Click on "View Schedules" from the "Schedule" section of the main menu
  2. Click on "Day" at the top next to the "View Schedule:" type
  3. Select the starting date for your reservation
  4. Click on the "Stanby" radio button
  5. Make your reservation as usual

If the primary reservation is cancelled, you will receive an email saying that it was cancelled and that you now have the plane for your desired time.

Can I make reservations by phone?

Yes. You can do three things by phone:

  1. Listen to an aircraft schedule
  2. Make a new reservation
  3. Cancel a reservation you've made
The service we are using has a toll-free number for managing reservations. When you call, you will be guided through a phone tree that will allow you to complete any of the above function. To use the phone system you must know the phone number(888-845-9494), your user number, and your user PIN. Basically, the user number identifies who you are and the user PIN is the password. Your user number and PIN is located in the "My Profile" section on the web. Your user number cannot be change but your PIN can be changed to whatever you would like.There is a phone tree and wallet size cheat-sheet you can download and print located at the top of this page.
